Fluorescent probe for NO detection

Highly sensitive fluorescent probe for the real-time detection of nitric oxide (NO) in vivo. In the cell, the product reacts rapidly with NO in the presence of O₂ to form the highly fluorescent compound triazolofluorescein (DAF-2T, Ex 495nm; Em 515nm). Not for sale in Japan.

Handling & Storage

Use/Stability	As indicated on product label or CoA when stored as recommended. Prepare 500-fold dilution (~10µM) in phosphate buffer (0.1M phosphate, pH 7.4) immediately before use. BSA, phenol red and amines may affect the fluorescence and must be used with caution. Do not store diluted solutions.
Handling	Protect from light. Keep under inert gas. After opening, prepare aliquots and store at -20°C.
