Handling & Storage
Use/Stability |
As indicated on product label or CoA when stored as recommended. Prepare fresh solutions daily before use and store 4-6 hours on ice under a nitrogen/argon flow.Oxygen will lead to oxidation and therefore it is strongly recommended to dissolve the probe in water and not in organic solvents such as DMSO, ethanol or methanol. Oxygen is 10 times more soluble in the latter solvents. Freezing solutions will not lead to better results, because mixing with air after melting the probe solutions will results in faster oxidation. Also, it is strongly recommended to store the product and its solutions in glass vials. |
