Flow cytometry analysis of 10⁶ Jurkat cells using the isotype control of IgG1 (Prod. No. ADI-SAB-600) compared with CD3 (human) mAb (Prod. No. ALX-804-822). Cells were preincubated with unconjugated antibody and then stained with conjugated secondary antibody (Invitrogen, Cat#: A11001).
