Product Details

Sequence	Soluble dimeric fusion protein consisting of the murine CD8α signal peptide residual amino acids and a linker (aa 1-10), a CD70-reactive N-terminal section of the mature extracellular domain of human CD27 (aa 11-113), linker (aa 114-115), and murine IgG2a Fc + hinge (aa 116-348).
Source	Produced in CHO cells.
Specific Activity	Recombinant soluble CD27-muIg binds to cell surface CD70 on Raji cells in FACS, and is reactive with recombinant CD70-muCD8 (Prod. No. ANC-537-020), and anti-CD27 mAb, clone M-T271 (Prod. No. ANC-176-020).
