Flow cytometric analysis of Mouse CD155 expression on BABL/c splenocytes. Cells were stained with purified anti-Mouse CD155, then a FITC-conjugated second step antibody. The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of intact cells.
Immunofluorescence staining of Mouse CD155 in raw264.7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Rabbit anti-Mouse CD155 monoclonal antibody (1:100) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated (left panel, captured by laser confocal scanning microscope; right panel, captured by fluorescence microscope) Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody, counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to plasma membrane.
