Disrupts Wnt signaling

Inhibits Wnt signaling via blocking transcription at the β-catenin level independent of CBP or p300. Inhibited growth in several cancer cell lines (HT29, HCT116, SW480, and SNU475). CCT036447 was also active in vivo where it blocked development of zebrafish and Xenopus embryos and the expression of Wnt target genes.
