Rho inhibitor

Cell permeable inhibitor of RhoA- and RhoC-mediated signaling. Inhibits LPA-induced DNA synthesis in PC-3 prostate cancer cell lines (<1µM) and inhibits the growth of RhoC-overexpressing melanoma cell lines (A375M2 and SK-Mel-147) at nanomolar concentrations.
