Lyophilised from a 0.22 µm filtered solution in 10 mM Na₂HPO₄, 100 mM NaCl, pH 8.

The intracellular domain of human Cbp/PAG has a calculated molecular mass of 45.3 kDa. As a result of highly acidic character of Cbp/PAG (predicted isoelectric point pI 4.4) and further modification by phosphorylation, the recombinant protein migrates as a 70 – 85 kDa protein in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions.

Purified by Immobilized Metal Affinity Chromatography used for purification of polyhistidine-tagged recombinant proteins.

Reconstitute with 100 µl sterile deionized water. For long term storage or for preparation of more diluted working stock solution, a carrier protein (e.g. 1% serum albumin) should be added to the vial.

Sequence encoding intracellular domain of human Cbp/ PAG (amino acids 41- 432) was fused with a His tag at the N-terminus.
