Inhibitor of ACE and leukotriene hydrolase

First orally active angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor. IC₅₀=2.14nM. Reversible and competitive inhibitor of LTA₄ hydrolase (IC₅₀=11μM). Inhibits angiogenesis. Antihypotensive agent.
