Capsaicin antagonist

Analog of capsaicin (Prod. No. BML-EI125-0200) that acts as a capsaicin antagonist. Inhibits resiniferatoxin and capsaicin-induced contractions of guinea pig trachea. Inhibits C-fiber-smooth muscle contractions induced by capsaicin, bradykinin and neurokinin A. Increases intracellular Ca²⁺ levels.
