Br-ANT-GTP

Analogue of guanosine-5′-triphosphate with only moderate intrinsic fluorescence (λexc 346 nm, λem ~426 nm). The fluorophore has a certain sensitivity for its environment and is supposed to change its spectral properties upon binding. Useful for research into GTP-dependent receptor proteins. Potential inhibitor of various adenylyl cyclase isoforms and soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC).
