Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 593-606 of human AIF. This sequence is identical to those of mouse and rat.
The peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of AIF (Prod. No. PSC-2301). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C.
