Blocking Peptide for PAb to Acinus (NP) (Prod. No. PSC-2241)

Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa 994-1009 of human AcinusL, aa 267-282 of human AcinusS’ and aa 236-251 of human AcinusS. This sequence is identical to that of mouse Acinus.
The peptide is used for blocking the antibody activity of Acinus (Prod. No. PSC-2241). It usually blocks the antibody activity completely in Western blot by incubating the peptide with equal volume of antibody for 30 min at 37°C
