BAFF-muCD8 Fusion Protein

Produced in CHO cells. Soluble molecule consisting of the C-terminus (159 aa) of the extracellular domain of human BAFF fused to the extracellular domain (167 aa) of mouse CD8α. The extracellular portion of BAFF was truncated to eliminate a potential protease cleavage site.

Binds to human cell surface TACI, BCMA and BAFF-R.
