ANT-GTP is an analogue of guanosine-5′-triphosphate, where either the ribose 2′ or the 3′ hydroxyl group has been modified wtih the relatively small fluorescent anthraniloyl group (λexc 330 nm, λem ~428nm). The ANT fluorophore has a certain sensitivity for its environment and can change its spectral properties upon binding. Inhibitor of various adenylyl cyclase isoforms.
