AMPIVIEW® Dig (Anti-Mouse) Detection AP-Red Kit is intended for AMPIVIEW® RNA probes ISH staining. The kit includes DIGX® mouse anti-digoxigenin, POLYVIEW® PLUS AP IHC reagent, HIGHDEF® chromogen and counterstain, and it is suitable visualization of the spatial localizatioin of target genes in formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens without disrupting morphology.

Ki67 (red) detected in ovarian cancer tissue specimens with A. AMPIVIEW® Ki67 (AS) Dig RNA probes and B. AMPIVIEW® NSP Dig RNA probes. Tissue samples were pre-treated with antigen retrieval reagent, pH 9 (ENZ-ACC113), Proteinase K (ENZ-33801), and AMPIVIEW® Ki67 (AS) Dig RNA probes (ENZ-GEN271) were amplified with DIGX® mouse anti-digoxigenin linker (RTU) (ENZ-ACC304) and detected with POLYVIEW® PLUS (anti-mouse) AP (ENZ-ACC114), combined with HIGHDEF® Red AP chromogen kit (ENZ-ACC158) and hematoxylin (ENZ-ACC106).
