AMPIGENE® RNase Inhibitor is thermostable up to 65°C for 30 minutes
AMPIGENE® RNase Inhibitor (40U) was incubated at the indicated temperatures for 30 minutes. After the incubation, the enzyme was added to the mix containing 1 ug RNA, 20 pg RNAse, and reaction buffer (1x final concentration). Samples were then incubated at 37°C for 30 min (to allow RNase to degrade RNA, if active), then loaded on a 1% agarose gel. AMPIGENE® RNase Inhibitor was stable up to 65°C ensuring RNA protection from RNase degradation.
