Guanylyl cyclase inhibitor

Tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It has been shown to block TNFα induced cytotoxicity and to block glucocorticoid-induced COX-2 activity in human amnion cells (IC₅₀=21μM). It is also reported to inhibit guanylyl cyclase.
