Concentration	1mg/ml after reconstitution.

Reconstitution	Reconstitute with 50µl sterile distilled water. Further dilutions should be made with medium containing 5% fetal calf serum or other carrier protein.
Source	Produced in HEK 293 cells. Human adiponectin (aa 16-244) is fused at the N-terminus to a linker peptide (14 aa) and a FLAG^®-tag.
