Caspase-3 substrate

Colorimetric substrate for caspase-3 (CPP32) (K_m=9.7µM) and related cysteine proteases. Sequence is based on PARP (poly(ADPribose) polymerase) cleavage site Asp²¹⁶ for caspase-3. Cleavage is monitored colorimetrically at 405nm.
