8-Br-TNP-GTP

Fluorescent analogue of GTP with λexc 408 nm and λem 552 nm, which can substitute for GTP in the interaction with various enzymes and proteins. It is sensitive to indicators of local environment such as polarity and viscosity, and frequently exhibits a spectral shift and fluorescence enhancement upon binding to a protein. Potential inhibitor of various adenylyl isoforms and soluble guanylyl cyclase (sGC).
