Cyclic AMP immobilized on agarose by an aminohexylamino spacer attached to position 8 of the ligand. The gel can be used for affinity chromatography of various cyclic nucleotide-responsive proteins such as protein kinases, phosphodiesterases and others. This ligand is also available with a shorter spacer arm (8-AEA-cAMP-Agarose (Prod. No. BLG-A020)) and with the corresponding phosphorothioate modification (Rp-8-AHA-cAMPS-Agarose (Prod. No. BLG-A012)/Sp-8-AHA-cAMPS-Agarose (Prod. No. BLG-A013)).
