2′-[sCya3]-AHC-c-diGMP is a fluorescently labelled version of the bacterial cyclic dinucleotide second messenger c-diGMP (Cat. No. C 057), fluorescent with λexc 548 nm and λem 563 nm. The sulfo-Cyanine 3 dye is connected to one of the ribose-2′ positions of c-diGMP via a 9 atom spacer.
