In 2’-Fluo-AHC-c-diGMP, two 5’-GMP units are connected to form a cyclic structure. In addition, 5-carboxyfluorescein has been attached to the 2’-hydroxy group of one ribose via an aminohexylcarbamoyl spacer. 2’-Fluo-AHC-c-diGMP is a fluorescent analogue of the bacterial second messenger c-diGMP (Prod No. BLG-C057) with λexc 494 nm and λem 517 nm.
