N-2′-dAD⁺ is a 2′-deoxyadenosine version of the coenzyme nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (β-NAD+). It is considered to be a substrate for type III CD38 in the enzymatic production of the Transient Receptor Potential Melastatin 2 (TRPM2) channel superagonist dADPR (2′-deoxy-ADPR, Prod. No. BLG-D227). Both N-2′-dAD⁺ and dADPR were proved to be present in Jurkat T cells.
