Highly sensitive ELISA, measuring as little as 28.5 pg/ml of 17β-Estradiol in < 3 hours
- Specific with low cross-reactivity to related steroids
- Safe and non-radioactive enzymatic assay
- Simple and color-coded reagents reduces error
- Reliable and reproducible results day-after-day and lot-after-lot
- Fully quantitative results that surpass semi-quantitative Western blot analysis
The 17β-Estradiol ELISA kit is a colorimetric competitive enzyme immunoassay kit with results in < 3 hours. Absorbance is read at 405 nm. This kit offers specific and save non-radioactive quantification of estradiol with ready-to-use liquid color-coded reagents to reduce error.
Biologically active estrogen, 17β-estradiol, is an important sex hormone, but also makes an important contribution to the high concentrations of estrogens, which are present in malignant breast tissues.
