July 1st, 2025 – Enzo Biochem, a leader in labeling and detection technologies, is pleased to announce a successful collaboration with Roche Diagnostics France to validate its AMPIVIEW® probes for use with the Ventana DISCOVERY ULTRA Platform, an advanced and customizable automated tissue staining system.
AMPIVIEW® probes are powered by Enzo’s proprietary LoopRNA™ ISH technology, consisting of RNA probes complementary to DNA or RNA target sequences, interspersed with loops of a chosen hapten.
This patented technology combined with a multiple hybridization regions and single probe design allows a highly specific and sensitive visualization of nucleic acids at the single cell level.
As a result of this new collaboration, users of the Roche DISCOVERY ULTRA Platform can now benefit from multiple advantages:
