After you create your online account, it will be forwarded to our customer team for review and verification.
- If you are already an Enzo customer, and have already placed an order with us in the past, please provide your account number during your account creation (displayed on your past invoices). It will be connected to your new online account. During this process, your billing and shipping addresses will automatically be made available in your online account. Any negotiated pricing you may have with us will also be applied to your online orders. This online account set up, verification, and sync process is managed by our customer service team, and is typically completed in less than a few hours.
- If you are a new customer, your account will have to be created and activated in our system. Creation and approval duration can vary depending on local requirements. Please check I’ve never purchased from Enzo for further information.
