Black side wall microplates would minimize spillover of RFU reads between the neighboring wells when analyzing data obtained with PROTEOSTAT® Protein aggregation assay. Plates with black side walls and bottom might be used, but this would reduce the sensitivity of the kit. In this case, care must also be taken to read the plate from the top.
