Which species can be analyzed with the LTB4 ELISA kit?

Leukotriene B4 (LTB₄) is a small molecule and thus a defined chemical entity that does not change in between species such as proteins often do. Therefore, this assay principally works with samples from any species. Publications utilizing this kit have analysed human, rodent, canine, equine, and fish samples. Please note however, that samples containing rabbit IgG may interfere with the assay due to using a goat anti-rabbit IgG microtiter plate to capture the rabbit primary antibody against LTB₄.
