Which plate types can be used in the Absorbance 96 plate reader?

The Absorbance 96 plate reader is designed to read 96-well microplates. The plate reader is compatible with all 96-well plates adhering to ANSI/SLAS standards for microplates (https://www.slas.org/education/ansi-slas-microplate-standards/). Lower count well plates (i.e. 6-,12-,24-, or 48-well) might be used by manually selecting suitable wells of a 96-well plate which reference the respective wells on lower count well plates. The software currently does not offer dedicated functionality to read lower count well plates.
