A plate luminometer capable of reading glow chemiluminescence is required. The light emitted by our LEADING LIGHT® Wnt reporter cell line has a wavelength of 560nm. Some radiation counters may also be suitable. We typically use a 0.1-second integration time. If it is very weak, you can go up to one second.
