It is not possible for us to predict the appropriate stock solution or final assay concentrations for your test compounds as this will vary depending upon the nature of the compounds. You can use IC50 values for compounds similar to known activators or inhibitors to give you an idea of where to start with your test compounds. For compounds that are unique, a dose/response curve across a wide range of concentrations should be performed to determine optimal conditions for further experimentation.
