When I opened the parcel containing the CGH labeling kit from Enzo, all of the dry ice had disappeared, will it still be good to use?
If the vials in the kit were still frozen when you received them then the product is okay to use. If the vials were thawed however, we recommend replacing the product. Please reach out to our customer service, who will gladly help you out .
