What is the suggested volume of SEEBRIGHT® Red 598 dUTP, ENZ-42855 and SEEBRIGHT® Green 496 dUTP, ENZ-42831 with Nick translation DNA labeling system 2.0, ENZ-GEN111-0050?

We suggest to reconstitute the dyes (0.3 mM) and use the same volumes as mentioned in the manual of the Nick translation DNA labeling system 2.0 (ENZ-GEN111). A ratio of 1:2 volume of fluorophore-dUTP:dTTP is typically sueggested for both SEEBRIGHT® Red 598 dUTP (ENZ-42855) and SEEBRIGHT^® Green 496 dUTP (ENZ-42831).
