What is the stability and shelf life of Hypoxia/Oxidative Stress Detection Mix, when working with ROS-ID® Hypoxia/Oxidative stress detection kit, ENZ-51042?

The cell number used with this assay can vary depending on the percentage of cells expected to be senescent. A good starting point is between 2×10⁴ and 5×10⁴ cells per well. If you find that you have a large percentage of senescent cells in your sample, you may need to dilute from there.
