The solution of ß-Lactoglobulin can be stored at 4°C for up to a month. For long term storage, it is recommended to aliquot into smaller volumes and store at -20°C. Freezing should be avoided since this could cause some denaturation. Once thawed, it should be used and the remaining solution discarded.
