What is the mechanism of Cathepsin L inhibition by NapSul-Ile-Trp-CHO by BML-PI125?

Precise underlying  mechanism of Cathepsin L inhibition by this inhibitor is not known.  NapSul-Ile-Trp-CHO is small molecule which selectively inhibits Cathepsin L very likely by binding to active site.
