What is the difference between Prostaglandin E2 high sensitivity ELISA kit, ADI-930-001 and PGE2 ELISA kit, ADI-900-001?

The PGE2 high sensitivity ELISA kit with catalog number ADI-930-001 was specifically developed to quantify the levels of PGE2 in samples with low amounts of analyte. So, this is the optimal chouce if you expect low concentrations of PGE2 in your samples. In practical terms, there are 2 main differences regarding the PGE2 ELISA kits ADI-930-001 vs ADI-900-001:
1) The kits use different antibodies: ADI-930-001 uses the PGE2 HS-ELISA Antibody (ADI-80-0286) and this enables the kit to have a sensitivity of 8.26 pg/ml on the low end (range 7.8 – 1,000 pg/ml), whereas ADI-900-001 can measure as low as 13.4 pg/ml (range 39.1 – 2,500 pg/ml).
2) ADI-930-001 is more sensitive but requires a longer assay time (in total overnight + 1 h.). This is because the incubation of antibody, sample (or standard) and conjugate is done overnight at +4°C. The “regular” kit (ADI-900-001) is much faster (but less sensitive) with an assay time of less than 3 hours. For this kit, incubation of antibody, sample (or standard) and conjugate is done at RT for 2 hours.

In terms of validated sample types, the kits were validated from us with the same samples (culture supernatants, serum, saliva, urine, and whole blood) and sample handling is also identical. So the chouce essentially dependent on the sensitivity required.
