Calcineurin Phosphatase assay kit (BML-AK804) is designed for inhibitor screening or kinetic assay of recombinant Calcineurin. This kit comes with recombinant calcineurin, RII phosphopeptide substrate, calmodulin, assay buffer, BIOMOL® GREEN detection reagent, phosphate standard, microplate.
Calcineurin cellular activity assay kit, BML-AK816 is a complete colorimetric assay kit for measuring cellular calcineurin (PP2B) phosphatase activity. It employs a convenient 96-well plate format with all reagents necessary for measuring calcineurin (PP2B) phosphatase activity in tissue/cellular extracts; human recombinant calcineurin is included as a positive control. Kit is contains: Calcineurin enzyme, Calmodulin (human, recombinant), Substrate (RII phosphopeptide), 2x assay buffer, EGTA Buffer, Lysis Buffer, Protease inhibitor cocktail, Biomol Green™ Reagent, Phosphate standard, Okadaic acid, desalting columns and resin.
Okadaic acid and Protease inhibitor cocktail tablets are not offered with BML-AK804 but are present in BML-AK816 since this assay measures cellular phosphatase assay.
