What if I need to change my order after placing it online?

Once an order is placed online, your order cannot be modified from our website.
Please get in touch with your customer service team at https://www.enzo.com/help/customer-service/ .

Please provide the order number featured in your order history or confirmation email.
Our customer service team will be able to update your order (modifying quantities, adding or removing products, etc.).

Only new orders can be modified. If your order is already in our fulfillment process, changes cannot be made to an order.
