What do I need to do if my antibody concentration is higher than the 50 µg/mL indicated in the manual for ADI-900-057?

If you have samples with an antibody concentration higher than 50 µg/mL, you just need to dilute these samples down to 50 µg/mL and boil for 20 minutes to effectively release all bound protein A from the immunoglobulins. Please note that prolonged boiling is unnecessary and may ultimately affect protein A stability.
