What buffer should be used to dilute standards, ATP and active PKC in ADI-EKS-420A, PKC Kinase Activity Assay Kit?

Only Kinase Assay Dilution Buffer (80-1486) provided with PKC kinase activity kit (ADI-EKS-420A) should be used to dilute ATP, Standards and samples. We would not recommend diluting ATP, Standards and samples with Antibody Dilution Buffer or Wash Buffer.
