All our chromogens should be used preferentially with an aqueous-based mounting medium (e.g. ADI-950-261) for a better resolution and a better coloring. However, all our chromogens with the exception of our HIGHDEF® Red IHC Chromogen (HRP) (ADI-950-210) can be used with a permanent resin-based mounting medium (hydrophobic organic-based).
