When validating the ROS-ID® Hypoxia/Oxidative stress detection kit, ENZ-51042, cells were grown in 95% nitrogen and also validated with either Cobalt Chloride or Desferrioxamine (DFO) to induce Hypoxia and also in 95% N2 5 % CO2.
