Is there a way to quickly check for the labeling efficiency of Enzo’s CGH labeling kits?

Visual inspection after combining the Cyanine 3-labeled and Cyanine 5-labeled and cleaned DNA should be visibly purple. More detailed analysis of dye incorporation can be perfromed by UV and Fluorescence spectroscopy, for example with the help of a Nanodrop instrument.
