With many ELISA kits, including TXB2 ELISA kit (ADI-900-002 and ADI-901-002), extraction is required if the levels of marker is very low and this is usually determined after an initial run when the concentration is below the limits of detection (13.7 pg/ml in this case). So enrichment/ concentration is required. An extraction protocol can be found in the manual.
