Is it possible to combine FLUOFORTE® Calcium Assay Kit (ENZ-51016) with other fluorescence dye in a multiplex assay? What is the fluorescence excitation and emission of the dye?

It is possible to multiplex FLUOFORTE® Calcium Assay Kit with other assays as long as there is no spectral overlap with other dyes. Fluorescence excitation and emission of the dye included in the ENZ-51016 (and ENZ-51017) are at Ex=490 nm/Em=525 nm.
