If a speed vac is not available to dry down samples, how can samples be dried while working with Bradykinin ELISA kit, ADI-900-206?

Vacuum centrifugation (e.g. SpeedVac) is usually the preferred option when a large number of samples has to be dried. In alternative a gentle stream of nitrogen or argon can be used. Samples should not be left in a hood to dry as they would be exposed to oxidation. It is also important to make sure that all the solvents are removed as even traces quantities may affect the assay.
