I have different cell lysates which I would like to run with ADI-EKS-895, HSP90a (human) ELISA kit, but I am not sure if the formulation of my lysis buffer is identical to the extraction buffer present in the kit. Will I be able to analyze my samples

The exact formulation of our extraction buffer is proprietary and cannot be disclosed. The buffer is optimized to achieve complete cell lysis without interfering with the assay. It is therefore our recommended buffer for the preparation of cell and tissue extracts. Your lysate samples will likely work too but you will need to determine the appropriate minimal dilution for your specific samples. Please also refer to Appendix IV in the kit insert for a list of known interfering chemicals and their compatible concentration limits.
